If choosing pick up in store please allow a 24 hour notice to pick up. We must schedule a time and date for your pickup! (no walk-ins to pick up)

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the this product and it is being a business item, you will not be covered under statutory consumers rights refund policy. If you purchase the item under your personal name or your personal card, it will still be classed as a business transaction. we are unable to offer refund on this product

By purchasing, you will understand that there will be no refund. If you bought the item by mistake, we are unable to exchange to another item either.  Please do not buy if you intend to claim a refund or exchange. Refund will not be accepted on postage or goods.

SHIPPING INFO

If you order before 1pm your items will be posted out the same day except weekends. We use various couriers such as DHL, USPS, Fedex, etc… We will choose a suitable courier company depending on which is available at the time. Depending on your country, it can take up to 7 days to receive the item. Your item maybe lost or we are unable to track it if you do not contact us after 3 weeks of purchase.
